The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an advanced degree designed to prepare and equip managers with the knowledge and competencies necessary to administer controllable forces within their organisations to adapt successfully to variables and changes in the uncontrollable environment.
The MBA programme prepares qualified students for middle and upper-level management leadership responsibilities. Using a general management focus and strategic approach, students demonstrate broad and integrated knowledge of business functions; knowledge of ethical and legal considerations and the social responsiveness to resolve corporate and public issues; analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills and use of technology related to business decision-making; communication and interpersonal skills to lead groups and business organisations; a deeply critical assessment of the importance of the dynamic and global environment and its influence on organisations, decisions and operations; and competencies to formulate and implement strategic decisions.
Accreditation
This programme has US accreditation with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).

Academic Requirements Entry Route
Applicants who have completed undergraduate studies (i.e. Bachelors degree or a qualification at Level 6 on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) or equivalent) are eligible for direct entry to the programme.
Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) Route
Applicants who do not hold an undergraduate degree (EQF level 6) may still be considered for entry if they can demonstrate:
- A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in business, management, leadership or finance.
- Evidence of reflective practice, ongoing professional development, and the capacity to engage with academic content.
English Language Requirements
Where English is not the applicant’s first language, proficiency must be demonstrated by one of the following:
IELTS: Minimum overall score of 6.5, with no individual component below 5.5
TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 88
EF SET: Minimum score of C1
